3. AI Providers & Third Parties
To generate images, videos, and text, your prompts and uploaded reference files are sent to the AI providers you or the site administrator have connected (such as Google Gemini or Google Vertex AI). Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies. We only share what is necessary to fulfil your generation request.
4. Your Content & Generated Assets
The brands, characters, images, and videos you create are stored in your account so you can access them in your Asset Library. You retain your rights to the content you upload and, subject to the applicable AI providers' terms, to the assets you generate.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. These are required for the platform to work and do not track you for advertising.
6. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. API keys are stored securely and never displayed in full after saving. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights over your personal data.
